The Steadfast Medical Pouch
The culmination of Stab Solutions med pouches. The Steadfast is designed to fit everything the modern war fighting soldier needs and more. With dual sided buckle closure, this ambidextrous medical pouch is designed for rapid, one handed deployment and can be distributed to any member of the section or med team with ease.
The insert is made with Curv reinforced laminate, with a grid of mounting points cut into every internal edge, ensuring the user has ample space to customise to fit the meds of their choosing. This insert also allows you to securely hold both chest seals or Celox Rapid without compromising the quick access to Tourniquets or ECB’s.
The external sleeve has Molle laser cut into both the top and bottom, ensuring the pouch can be upscaled if required with either more Tourniquet holders, or a Med Shear pouch to further enhance the life saving potential of The Steadfast.

Configurable to user, set up is very quick.

Replaceable internal shock cord, easily swapped if required at any point.
Attaches by 4×2 Molle.
5x5cm Multicam Hook and Loop field for addition of med patches.
