Med Shears/Scissors/Tuff Cuts are an essential element of any first aid kit, and are often the first thing you need before applying a trauma bandage or tourniquet. The Med Shear pouch is designed to keep your shears rapidly accessible, with low profile designs allowing the pouch to either be hidden under your other equipment, or allowing a tourniquet to be mounted over the top of the Medical Shear pouch.
Available in two options:
→ TQ option comes with Multicam Elastic stitched in to act as a low profile Tourniquet holder, keeping your life saving med equipment in one, easy access location.
→ Molle option has built in Molle, allowing other pouches to be mounted on to the Medical Shear pouch, meaning you can 'hide' the shears behind your other equipment, leaving no room wasted if you don't require a tourniquet. Red Med elastic is provided for those who may later decide they want a TQ attached.
