The POFAK is made to fit most standard triple 5.56 magazine pouches and upwards in size, giving you the ability to turn an old magazine pouch into a usable first aid kit for yourself or others. It is focused on storing issued med equipment for ease of resupply on exercise or ops. The POFAK is a very convenient way to carry the standard med supplies for yourself or others, and is easy to throw to someone treating a different casualty but requires more meds than is normally carried by the individual.
