The POFAK Med Sleeve is a scalable sleeve that allows rapid access to all the meds stored in your POFAK. It is made to fit horizontally on shooters belts, however can also be fitted vertically on conventional belt kits with the use of Malice Clips (Not Included).

Available with full molle, on the front, top and bottom of the pouch you can add any extras to scale the Med Sleeve to suit your needs.

Also available with molle on the top and bottom with multicam loop on the front for the addition of any patches you would like to add.

The POFAK has a red handle on each side, allowing it to be removed from the Med Sleeve with either hand, in case one is injured. The red handles also make it more obvious to others that the Sleeve stores meds. This Med Sleeve was designed to fit a full POFAK with full contents
